MY FIRST BLOG!!!

Welcome to my blog! To start with, let me introduce myself. I am Ankita (obviously u know :P). I am completing BE in computers from Mumbai University. Computer engineer... sounds quite serious and quite boring!.. Doesn't it? Well, the opinion differs from person to person. But I am grateful to this engineering which lent me a hand in valuing my fervour for Culinary ! Being from a CKP Maharasthrain family, I always had this craze about food (as most other CKPs do have). But I wanted to make a difference to my life and so I started experimenting in my lab…KITCHEN! 

I started with making scrummy food belonging to Maharashtrian Cuisine. A blend of daily spices and little bit of creativity it is that makes you drool ! lol! As a 7 year old girl, I still remember dragging a chair all the way to kitchen that I used to stand upon as my height was too less to reach the gas burners. My first recipe was Kachara bhaji( A traditional potato sabji with basic spices). My dad had assisted me in the initial days of my new activity. He was my first teacher. I even remember making Mutton Masala(CKP stylr) with him.

Since then I have been experimenting…some failed…some succeeded… I am still improving on some parts ….while few others, are now, at my finger tips! So here are a few things that I made and were well appreciated by folks!
