*Bombil Chilly and Hot n Sweet Bombil

These are my little inventions with Bombil (bombay duck) as the main ingredient. I had worked on these recipes for a cooking competition where the theme was Bombil. So here goes my li'l effort to try something innovative. Bombil Chilly is basically a chineese style gravy with the fish. Gravy is just lyk the usual Chicken Chilly or Paneer Chilly gravy only the chicken/paneer is replaced with Bombil. And the second one is also a chineese style gravy where the base gravy is made of a nice blend of hot.. spicy n sweet red chilly sauces. Both the recipes sound easy enuff to prepare but when it comes to Bombay Ducks.. the job turns tuff n tuffer! They are soo slimy and so delicate.. you gotta watch your every single move while handling 'em. And removing the central bone happens to be the toughest job in the entire recipe. Trust me.. the  result of all this hard n tuff work turns out to be really lim-smackingly delicious! ;) <3

* Yakhni Pulav
Yakhni Pulav belongs to traditional Moughlai Cuisine . A perfect blend of peculiar spices is the forte of Pakistani food and this pulav originates from Pakistan! The meat is flavored with a range of spicy that give it a hot..sour n juiciness.. The rice when cooked with this lip-smacking meat, leaves a nice spicy-tangy after-taste in ur mouth n the tongue rolls in so as not to miss even slightest of the flavors!

*Masala Fried Chicken or say 'FRICKEN' !
Hmmm.. Masala Fried Chicken.. So juicy.. spicy.. crispy n hot! Simply makes you lick your fingers. A perfect blend of pure Indian spices and Chicken brings down the Heaven! Often served with my special Mint Chutney and Tandoor Salad.. these add-ons make it even yummier!

*Veg Dragon Balls

Veg Dragon Balls belong to Chinese cuisine. The basic taste of this dish originates from endeavouring to make something sweet n something ‘hot’! A perfect blend of sweetness and hotness is all it takes to drag you towards these Dragon Balls! Its sweet.. its hot.. its spicy.. n its DELICIOUS!!!

*Paneer Anarkali
This recipe gets inspiration from the Mughlai gravies. Mughlai food is usually either Ghost(mutton) or Murg(chicken). But this gravy is specially for the vegetarian folks. It has a incredible blend of spices and condiments that makes you go hmmmm everytime you have it. It is best served with a Laccha Paratha or a Nan.

.
*Sugarless Sheera

Sheera is a typical Maharashtrian sweet dish popularly known as ‘Suji ka Halwa’ in North India. Every bit of it simply melts in your mouth. This goes under my signature recipes as without adding even a crystal of sugar, it still holds the same sweetness. This is like a boon for Diabetic people I must say!
;)

Chili Honey Chicken

Chilli Honey Chicken..as the name implies it’s a chicken starter coated with the hotness of red chillies and a sweet tang of honey. When these two tastes blend in your mouth…you simply roll your tongue to get the pleasure of each and every  ingredient. The chicken is at times deep fried for a crusty effect or its simply added for the tender effect.

*Crispy Potato Chili

Crispy potato chilli can be served as a starter or even as evening snack. The basic idea of this recipe is to blend the western food in Asian flavours. French fries are tossed in Asian herbs and spices which gives it a lip-smacking savour.

*Chicken-e-teekha
Chicken-e-teekha is a very hot and spicy chicken gravy. It is best served with a Nan or Paratha as a part of the main course. Though the  name is Mughlai/Arabic, this dish gets every bit of its flavour and savour from basic Indian spices. People with a liking or addiction for ‘hot n spicy’ food gonna love this for sure!

*Tawa Chicken Kebab
nlike most of the kebabs that need a proper charcoal oven or a griller, this recipe has got easy-to-cook options as well as the charcoal-griller flavour. Its quite obvious from the name that Tawa is used for grilling the kebabs and not the huge charcoal grillers. Kebab masala- a perfect blend of Indian spices adds to the aroma & makes it extremely alluring.makes it extremely alluring.
