Ingredients:
- Chicken legs- 1 kg (2 or 3 leg pieces)
- Ginger-garlic paste- 3 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce- 2 tbsp
- Orange juice- 1/2 cup
- Pineapple juice- 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce- 2 tbsp
- Chilly sauce- 2 tbsp
- Honey- 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning
- Oil
- Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper. Keep in fridge for 1 hr.
- Take the chicken out of fridge and add all the sauces and juices mentioned above. Keep it immersed in this marination for another hour.
- Preheat the oven at 210oC. Grill or roast the chicken legs for 30-40 min.
- Serve hot with a nice crisp salad.
