Ingredients:
4 large boiled potatoes
1 cup of American corn, boiled
1 tbsp Ginger garlic powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tbsp Corn flour
Bread crumbs for shallow frying
Oil
Salt
Preparation:
- Mash the potatoes and corn together.
- Add all the spices and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add corn flour for a good binding.
- Make a nice dough and make lemon sized balls.
- Press them gently and roll it in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry in oil
- Serve with chutney or ketchup or tzatziki.
